Mr. Fagon has over 13 years of construction and administrative experience coupled with years of experience in heavy construction, building construction and other disciplines of construction with specific expertise in: project and construction management, general contracting, marketing, bid and cost estimating, engineering, safety and quality control.
Mr. Fagon is directly responsible for developing all operational policies and procedures for general contracting and construction, and is directly responsible for the overall internal administration. He ensures fiscal responsibility, appropriate personnel management, sound operational practices and leads the company's daily operations.
Dan Wodiska Project Manager/Project Engineer
Mr. Wodiska has over 35 years of experience in engineering and construction with a proven track record as an effective problem solver. Among his responsibilities are assisting the President with estimating, development of the operational policies and procedures, hiring of competent personnel, ensuring the contractual needs of clients are met, safety, QC management plans are adhered to, the coordination of the project management team, construction management, and all general construction disciplines. He has extensive knowledge of governmental contracts, CPM schedules, site utility surveys, renovations and repairs, design-builds and new building construction, mechanical, electrical, and architectural management.
